Monkey Business (yacht)
''Monkey Business'' is a yacht frequently docked in South Florida at the Turnberry Isle Resort Marina. ''Monkey Business'' was an 83-foot Broward motor yacht custom built and owned by the developers of the luxury resort. Famous guests included Elton John, Elizabeth Taylor, Jack Nicholson, Julio Iglesias, Jason Luetke and others. The owner-of-record, Eddie Lewis, was in the process of selling it at the time and later replaced it with a larger boat of the same name.
==Gary Hart incident==
The yacht was used by former USA senator Gary Hart in March 1987 for a trip to Bimini prior to announcing his campaign for President of the United States in 1987. Reporters for the ''Miami Herald'', in a controversial move, staked out Hart's townhouse following a phone call from someone trying to sell pictures from the trip. There, the Herald's Jim McGee saw Hart and Donna Rice return to Hart's townhouse. The Herald then reported that Rice had spent the night at Hart's residence, but later conceded that they had not watched the back door. Rice declared the association had been innocent, and denied that she had slept at Hart's house, or that the relationship was sexual. Hart also denied the accuracy of the story. The ensuing report sent the media into frenzy.
